Add cheerio to document processing

Possibly, add a HTML document to a textarea, extract title tag text and body text, and process it?

Skip cheerio from demo, it's hard to make people get all that is happening, and easy to make it so they get crap in & crap out.

Tests w/ cheerio is enough.
