Intrinsic hull abilities that appear as an unfillable design slot need to list their quantity.

Describe what is missing

What it says on the tin. For instance, the "base cargo storage" ability of the freighter hulls. Should say "Base Cargo Storage: 70kT" or whatever.

No I mean that in Stars! the "Base Cargo" box had a size in kT stamped on it. So for a Colony Ship it'd be:
Base Cargo
25 kT

For some reason I was thinking you phrased this as if it was something Stars didn't have. Well Stars did have that.
