On Centos 7.4 , it report error System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'Sodium.Core, Version=1.2.1.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null'.

On Centos 7.4 , it report error System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'Sodium.Core, Version=1.2.1.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null'.
But the file Sodium.Core.dll does exist in the root folder of web site, and I copied the runtimes folder which containing the libsodium.so to the same folder.
The code work well when i debug it in windows 10 with visual studio 2017.
