Since unauthenticated ChaCha20 and XChaCha20 are already exposed, please could you expose the IETF version of unauthenticated ChaCha20 in a NuGet update. I would really appreciate it for some projects I am working on until I can spend the time finishing my library.
I can do a PR if you'd like.
