Remove Azure Marketplace and Resource Manager docs

The Azure Marketplace and Resource Manager docs are currently marked as deprecated, in favour of the newer native Azure integration. Once the associated product for the former is fully removed from the Azure Marketplace, we should also fully remove these docs from our landing page and docs build.
