[New docs] Add codesandbox integration to the interactive demo component

Summary

The new interactive <Demo /> component should integrate with CodeSandbox like the current EUI website.

Acceptance criteria

The <Demo /> component should have an Open in CodeSandbox button that opens CodeSandbox and creates a new sandbox with the demo source code
