Documentation effort

All files in/DragonUnPACKer-Doc/ are outdated:

• almost all files in DragonUnPACKer-Doc are duplicated in DragonUnPACKer/docs
  • they could be combined in one place
• maybe change dir name to docs (depends on if where both dirs would be combined)?
• old readme.txt is from 2011
• Install manual could get some refresh
  • I'm working on it, I need to make new screenshots
• No manual
  • I know it's on won't do list, I may be able to write it
    • and combine it with the installation manual

Also I have a question what /DragonUnPACKer-Doc/online_help was used for?

I really don't remember the slightest thing about anything is that folder... Sorry. :(
