Portrait / Landscape orientation of individual files is lost

You have 2 PDF files
1 in Portarait orientation,
2 in Landscape orientation.
When you bind 2 files with differrent orientation, everything is binded in
Portrait orientation
It would be great to have a flag/check box which saves the original orientation
for pages/files.
PS The program is very nice, I like it.
