Both voteLogCard and votelog-template use the same legend in different contexts. The former uses it in the bottom of each card and the latter uses it under the waffle chart.

In voteLogCard:

Although they currently look the same, per the designs in InVision, they are actually different. The new legend component should allow some customizations.
