To fix stickers, conference calls and other integrations on riot-android, accept the consent of modular, the integrations manager, first on riot-web.
To accept them, open the integrations manager on riot-web. The terms agreement will be then displayed.
The issue started with the privacy update on riot-web, synapse and modular.
This will be fixed by the coming riot-andoid release which includes all privacy update mentioned in this blog post.
