"new-tab" tab command line option not working

What Happened?

new-tab command line option is not working.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Launch Code from dock or app launcher
  2. Open the terminal app
  3. In the terminal enter: io.elementay.code --new-tab
  4. Code window gains focus but no new tab is created

Expected Behavior

  1. When you use the new tab command line option, while the Code app is running, a new document tab should be opened in the Code app window.
