What about something like "Speed with keypad" since "cursor" is implied here.

It's actually two different options. The one in the A11y plug controls the speed on which the cursor moves with the keypad keys, and the one on the mouse & touchpad plug controls the speed of the mouse.
I though it would be obvious enough since to enable that option in the a11y plug you first need to enable "control pointer using keypad", but maybe we can make this more obvious by changing "Cursor speed" > "Keypad cursor speed" (But i feel like that would be too repetitive)

To me it doesn't matter how it is solved. If it just makes more sense. I think de confusion already starts at selecting pointer in the left bar and seeing its icon. Every time i look at is i think mouse speed. And i still have no idea what it should be. Keypad? Like the arrow keys on the keyboard or the rubber pointer on thinkpads ?

I'm pretty certain this refers to the arrow keys on a 10-key pad

@danrabbit I can confirm that's the case. I think the better long-term solution may be moving these to the Mouse settings in the spirit of A11y features are just features.
They're now moved :)
