Non-functional brightness slider visible when /sys/class/backlight interface isn't available

The brightness slider is left in switchboard-plug-power. It just doesn't work without /sys/class/backlight interface. The automatic display adjustment switch is left there as well.

I recommend

  1. Hide these functionalities when the interface isn't available from settings

or

  1. Make it work probably with xrandr or xbacklight when /sys/class/backlight isn't available (nvidia legacy drivers case).
