It would be nice to add some integration tests using nix (https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/blob/c911f56354e92096e70fde4dc62f9848a78c6e15/pkgs/servers/metabase/default.nix) or docker-compose.
Last I checked though Metabase needed some manual setup on the first run? There's probably some way to work around that.
