I hope this message finds you well. I recently attempted to verify my voice on your platform, but the system was unable to confirm the recording. I would like to upload a new voice recording for verification purposes.

Could you please assist me in removing the previous recording from my account so that I can upload a new one? If there are any specific steps I need to follow, kindly let me know.
