missing items in Lexonomy left-hand menu

In the left-hand menu, I get show the first 200 entries, but there is no way to click More.
Also, there are no longer features like Reverse or Show last edited entry there - is that intentional?
Furthermore, the search can now be run only by pressing the Enter on your keyboard, there is no icon.
Also, the ordering by alphabet does not work, e.g. if I use Slovenian, letters like č,š,ž are presented first, then headwords with a, b etc. start.

Sorting is probably my fault, whereas the missing buttons etc. is pure frontend. I'll take a look at the sorting.
