FMC2_CLK.CLK2_BIDIR has three start/endpoints

AFAICT IC78 doesn't have internal termination so it could be potentially placed on the clock and not disturb it much (with short stubs). However I feel that there should be pads to select which way does the clock go to avoid reflections (this could be a bit tricky since there are 3 options).

If pads are implemented then IC78 should get external termination.

Same with AMC_TELECOM_CLOCK.TCLKA.
