How to run on the Windows platform?

Hello,
I am very interested in your code. I want to know to run on the Windows platform?

All of the requisites support Windows (including Gurobi, Boost, and Glog).
However, this is not the platform I'm developing on, so I cannot guarantee everything would work without error.
The easiest way would probably be using WSL. Once you install it, you can build everything as if you were running a Linux machine.
