Having some very strange behavior since Obsidian updated. It wasn't fixed in the last patch which fixed the content screen.
I've tried disabling themes as well. Up to date on everything.

Also having similar but not identical issues. For me the entire "details" panel is broken, clicking on a PDF opens and closes the panel on clicking and I can't select any text.
Below is an example. You can't see the clicking, but each time I do a single click is causes the panel to change.
