What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. 不使能 RT_USING_HEAP 时, 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
psr: 0x81000000
 pc: 0x0800146a
--> rt_list_isempty(&rt_thread_defunct) --> rt_list_remove(&(thread->tlist));  
--> fault
 lr: 0x0800144b
hard fault on thread: tidle
