Problem Import Bis Keys!

I would like some help on NxNandManager v5.1. I'm having trouble importing the Bis_Keys from my Switch. When importing, I get the error "0 key imported (new: 0, updated: 0). I extracted the Bis_Keys through TegraRcmGUI 2.6. Could you guide me or help me with the problem, please?

I decided to backup the Switch in a "manual" way.
