Release node packages for each version

It seems lens is not on npm. Since it's already set up as a node package, it would be very easy to publish it on npm.
Could you please cut a release on npm? It would be nice to be able to npm install --save
rather than adding the git address for a release commit as a dependency.

I went ahead and published 2.0.0-beta5
on npm as elife-lens
(lens
was taken): https://www.npmjs.com/package/elife-lens
Let me know if you want to take control of this, otherwise I'll just publish new versions when you release them, after ammending the tag commit to use the name elife-lens
in package.json
.
