Add some helper to get gender-neutral job offers

I think we could improve this job board by adding an extra validation step to warn people when a job title looks gender-oriented.

It is mainly for the french-speaking world, because such a difference does not exist in the English language.

Example: If "Developpeur" is added, then it is suggested to change it to "Développeur(euse)". Still it would be needed to ignore that warning.

I think this would be great for diversity in IT.
