css can`t work

I downloaded the bay_jekyll_theme from rubygem and replace profile-pic.jpg with my own picture.
But after run "jekyll serve",my picture didnot appear in the right rather then in the middle of the screen
And I guess it s due to the css file don t working properly
Can anyone help?
I would be appreciated.

Without accessing your website I can't do much sorry. Try starting from scratch again, from the base template.
