In the third paragraph of the Game Over State section of handling_game_states.md the text "...but the full code is posted here..." occurs but there is no actual link to the resource.

Thanks so much for catching these issues! It's actually perfect timing because I'm taking a look at Phoenix 1.4 now to start working on updates over the next couple months. I'll definitely take a look and get fixes published for these issues. 👍
