highlight optimization criteria when being below their threshold in stdout

I would highly appreciate it if the optimization criteria in the STDOUT would have some sign when they are below their given thresholds. 😍 I think, in MOLCAS they are adding an asterisk or so, and, in my eyes, it helps to visualize the progress of the optimization faster when looking at the output file.
