An integrated REPL

It would be great to have a REPL integrated with Ellie.
Currently the only online Elm REPL is this: http://elmrepl.cuberoot.in/ It's nice, but doesn't allow for the installation of packages. Being able to run small snippets of code in the scope of the Ellie project would be really helpful for education.

Sounds like a good idea but could clutter the UI a bit. Is this imagined as panel titled "REPL" that would be underneath the existing two (the one titled "ELM" and the other "HTML")? Or is it to exist on the right hand side as a tab with the current group being "OUTPUT," "DEBUG," "LOGS," and "SHARE"?

The latter seems better to me. Less clutter.
