Make Hosted Weblate point to the new repository

What Happened?

Sequeler seems to use Hosted Weblate and it points to the old repository URL, https://github.com/Alecaddd/sequeler. This is problematic because maybe Weblate can't push to the new repository.

Steps to Reproduce

Visit Hosted Weblate
See the Project website and Source code repository point to the old repository URL:

Expected Behavior

It points to the new repository, https://github.com/elementary-community/sequeler.

@ryonakano I updated the git repo in a few spots but I see that there are a lot of options.
Since I don't have a lot of free time I made you ad admin so feel free to change things as needed.

@Alecaddd Thank you for invitation. I updated the Project website URL in the above screenshot and Repository push URL in the VCS settings page. I confirmed Weblate can push to this repository (692897a), so closing as completed!
