"ellipsis links" does not run the hook pkg.links

I was a little surprised when I ran "ellipsis links" that the pkg.links hook I wrote was not executed. It is only executed when I run "ellipsis links <pkg-name>".
Is this intentional behaviour?

It's intentional, but it shouldn't be.

I think @zeekay might have introduced the hooks after implementing the links option.
