Can’t find anything on installing packages

I can’t find any instructions for package installation on the elm website, and the URL on packages.elm-lang.org is a deprecated repo.

There are some instructions in the guide:
https://guide.elm-lang.org/install/elm.html#elm-install

But the "Using Packages" link on https://package.elm-lang.org should indeed be fixed (elm/package.elm-lang.org#293).
