Four prioritised cases:

  1. Job offers found by title
  2. Job offers found by job offer content
  3. Job offers included in predefined keywords (which can be found in jobs.yml file): in this case we send a message, e.g. Leave us your CV and we will be in touch
  4. Everything else, e.g. fireman - no job offers found
