Failed to Sync F:\SomeFolder(With some files) to immediate storage location, C:\UnableToCreateFolder(not used for any other immediate storage.)

C:\UnableToCreateFolder is a folder which is unable to create files and 
folders. When click sync, it gives Oops… Database exception. The message did 
not inform user of the problem.
