Error Repoted: The given path's format is not supported

Opened this issue · 2 comments

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Trying to sync big folder with subfolders and files to dlink DNS-323 NAS drive
which is setup as networked drive:

C:\Users\username\Documents\BigFolderToSync - to - Z:\Files

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

the Job quits almost immediately, and I get the following error message:
"Error Repoted: The given path's format is not supported"

The same problem exists if trying to sync through the network instead of the
networked drive, e.g.

C:\Users\username\Documents\BigFolderToSync-to-\\NASBOX\Volume_1\Files

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.0 on Windows Vista

Your feedback is appreciated.

We are looking into the problem right now. Currently, we suspect that the file
system on your NAS is not supported by OneSync 2.0.

Does OnSync support any of these Linux filesystems (Ext2, Ext3, Ext4)?
