Not working with Windows 8 x64

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Starting the app

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to load. Icon is in bar but is crashes straight away
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v4 (Win 8 Pro x64)

Possible due to .net framework version 4 in windows 8
