Please help. Running with from windows 10 with all updates. Tried repair option and reinstall. Not fixed.
Below is the error message displayed when button clicked(languages/setting).

This is the user.config file showing the mentioned line 9 postion 1 as invalid character.

I fixed it by removing user.config file from the mentioned directory and restarted onenote. It recreated a new user.config file and now it works. I have no idea how the config file got corrupted.
