This project appears to be missing an F# sample project + FSAutoComplete. They should be added.

Oh, sorry -- yep, that's not a very clear issue, is it. I was looking through the repo to figure out where to add the requested Terraform pieces, and I noticed F# is also missing. I'm very happy to add it!
