Ciao @tarsius,

I guess we have a similar issue as the one you fixed some time ago (#43) but this time for srefactor:

Submodule 'epkgs' (https://github.com/emacsmirror/epkgs.git) registered for path 'epkgs'

The upstream repository was briefly unavailable. It is available again, so the package was removed from the attic again. 1 You'll have to update the url manually.
