Insufficient contrast for blue links in docs and reports

Hi,

There is a contrast issue for links in docs and reports. Example:

Links are in a blue #3895FF which have a 3.04:1 contrast ratio with the white background instead of 4.5:1. You should use a darker blue for the light theme.

Link colour has been changed to a dark green. It has enough contrast with the background right now, but one could argue there isn't enough contrast between link colour and normal text colour. So we may need to update this again.

The links are underlined so they do not rely on colour only. On the accessibility point of view, it's compliant. But I see what you mean.
