pcapdroid in monitor mode ?

Hello, we how to some way can use pcapdroid in in monitor mode for catch wifi handshake and remember own password? :)

Or may be which some other opensource tools exist for this purpose?

Check out https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.usbwifimon.app , an app I created which eorks with compatible usb adapters, not open source though
