VintageFix causing Chisels & Bits to not work on transparent blocks

When chiseling glass with "Chisels & Bits" the glass turns into a not transparent block!

Reproducible with just Chisels & Bits and VintageFix (0.3.1) installed

Yes, and I can test on other types of glass (non-vanilla) as well if it's useful.

Hmm, still seems to be problematic (xJon/The-1.12.2-Pack#907 (comment)):

vintagefix-0.3.1-10-gbd4ea54.jar is fixing not everything.

If there are diffrent types of bits in one block, the glas won't be transparent anymore!

Ok that should also be fixed now.
