There are far too many mods installed to narrow down the culprit here; Extra Utilities & VintageFix work fine in a standalone instance, to my knowledge.

I found out why

If delete hardcoreitemstages, it works fine

Turn this off in the config of hardcoreitemstages, and exerything is well.
