Additional bio fields need to show up on the user page

So this turns out to be a two-parter:

  1. The page I linked to above—this is where we need to see the additional fields that exist on the Proposer/Submitter/Speaker object. So if you click on the Proposer/Submitter/Speaker name, you should see the additional details there. I believe I've already fixed this in b1b9de4.
  2. There are additional fields that exist affiliated with the proposal that Organizers need to be able to see when looking at a proposal in their Organize view that lets them see the details. Specifically:
  • Are there any recordings of you giving talks online? Links please.
  • Link to a Video Pitch (YouTube please)
  • Where do you live? *
  • Headshot
  • Bio *
  • Website, blog, etc.
  • GitHub Username *
  • Twitter Username

This is still not perfect and needs to be audited. Everything that's in the submitter view, should also be in the organizer edit view.
