Pitch Video field doesn't render the value of the field when editing the proposal

When the "Link to a Video Pitch (YouTube please)” has a value, that value doesn’t reappear in the field when you go to edit your existing submission. If you put something in it, it just overwrites what was there before, and the past values disappear.
