Let me know if I should deprecate https://www.npmjs.com/package/ember-jquery or give ownership over to you. Although I assume you'd publish this as something like @ember/jquery

Even if this addon is being released with a different name, given that the @
sign is usually mute on plain speak, I feel that names are too similar. Furthermore, the name of the repo is ember-jquery
. I still think it would be a good idea to rename @topaxi project to something more specific, like ember-jquery-slim
.
Perhaps this very addon could provide an API to import an alternative version of jQuery if someone sees value on it.
Agree on both counts. An API to provide a custom/replacement jQuery would be a nice touch...
