ECOS not converging

I have a problem similar to what is reported here:

ECOS is not converging for a small problem. According to the above thread, I need to change the DELTASTAT parameter in ecos.h. I have been looking for this file without success on an Anaconda local environment without success. Would appreciate assistance.
