Update wizard message before extracting sagemath image tarball

Extracting sagemath.tar takes a long time, but the message displayed by the wizard stays on the previous message which is something like "Checking docker VM status... [OK]" which makes it appear a little bit like the installer is hanging ("it said OK, so now what's it doing???")
