- write an app that reads the sensor value and displays it
- provide sensor info on i2c

Partially covered in #146 . Could still be better and missing the on hexpansion app example

Continued in #147 however I wasn't able to test the code on an eeprom because I can't move the code onto it due to emfcamp/badge-2024-software#81
