TODO: Support Webpack 1

This isn't too urgent though as this is a new repo and probably most people will be using it with newer projects and therefore with Webpack v2+

I don't actually think we're going to do this anyway unless someone is really motivated to do it, there are also too many good reasons to use the newer versions
