stdweb & wasm-based GUI "spike"

It's time for (I hope) one last proof of concept for the GUI. To do this, we would need to implement:
- koute/stdweb#62 Add video support to
stdweb. - Ditto for
yew. - Build a video player which shows time.
- Load and display subtitles.
- Figure out what to implement next.
