Update Site Title

Currently, the title for the docs site is:

While this is fine, it would add a bit more polish 💅 if it were FEM Design Systems.

The fix

Because the site is generated using the cayman jekyll theme, their documentation suggests adding title: [The title of your site] to the _config.yml file

I'm actually going to be migrating all of this from GitHub docs => Gatsby so this won't be an issue, thank you!!
